Introducing FreeNet DC: ERTECH is about to embark on a new project to provide one year's worth of free Internet access for up to 500 underserved residents over the next two years. We need your input on effectively targeting neighborhoods to participate. This will be the first of a series of meetings with residents, ANC's and Civic/community associations to discuss the project and receive community input.
